Dear friends,
On this Thanksgiving, I find myself thinking less about algorithms, schedules, and metrics and more about people. You. The ones who click, watch, comment, share, and quietly return day after day, week after week. The ones who believe in the work I do and choose to support it in whatever way they can.
I want to say, as clearly and sincerely as I can, thank you.
So, thank you!
What started as a passion for digging into puzzling cases and telling stories has slowly grown into something much bigger. My YouTube channel has become a place where curiosity, compassion, and critical thinking meet. And the only reason that has been possible is because you’ve shown up and made it matter.
To my channel members and Patreon supporters, your generosity forms a foundation that allows me to keep going. You make it possible for me to spend more time researching, filming, editing, and creating content that respects both the cases and the people involved. Your support is not lost on me for a second. It humbles me and motivates me every day.
But just as importantly, thank you to everyone who supports this work simply by watching. Every view, every thoughtful comment, every shared video, every recommendation to a friend matters more than you probably realize. There are many ways to support a creator, and showing up consistently is one of the most powerful.
This channel exists because of a shared trust. You trust me to take these stories seriously, to approach them with care, and to keep asking the uncomfortable questions when something doesn’t add up. I take that responsibility to heart. I never forget that behind every case is a real person, a real family, and a real community.
As we reflect this Thanksgiving, I’m deeply aware of how fortunate I am to do work that feels meaningful and to have an audience that genuinely cares. That combination is rare, and I never want to treat it casually.
If you already support my work financially, please know how grateful I am. If you’ve ever just clicked “play” while making dinner or winding down at night, I’m grateful for that, too. And if you ever feel moved to support this channel more directly, I’ve shared the different ways to do so here on my website.
No pressure, just an open invitation rooted in appreciation.
This space only exists because of you. Your attention, your trust, your encouragement. I carry that with me into every story, every livestream, every investigation.
So today, as we pause to give thanks, please know that you are very much part of of what I most treasure.
With genuine gratitude,
Gavin
