Another critical piece of evidence involves a Google search made by a witness, Jen McCabe, at 2:27 a.m., querying how long it takes to die in the cold. This search occurred hours before O’Keefe’s body was found, raising questions about the timeline and suggesting foreknowledge of the incident.
The FBI’s involvement and their findings further complicate the case. They conducted an independent investigation and provided exculpatory evidence to both the defense and prosecution.
